Adventures in Baking :)

My parents got me a beautiful new set of pans from Williams Sonoma for Christmas and I have had a great time playing with them. These gold pans are just gorgeous and I have to thank one of my best friends, Wendi, for the recommendation to get them. :) So far I have made some chocolate chip scones with a vanilla glaze, smores cookies, flourless chocolate cookies, oatmeal peanut butter cookies with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate chips, and a chocolate chex mix with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. My husband loves peanut butter cups which is why you will see them in a lot of the recipes I try. ;) I would have to say my personal favorite has been the smores cookies or the oatmeal peanut butter cookies with Reese's and my least favorite has been the flourless chocolate cookies because I believe the recipe called for too much cocoa powder. Can't wait to keep trying new recipes :)
